120M Verdict in a Rollover Crash Case

Join us for a webinar with R. Rex Parris and Khail Parris as they deconstruct the strategies they used to win their most recent trials.

On August 18, 2021, attorneys of the Parris law firm obtained a $120,000,000 jury verdict for the victims of a rollover crash in Lancaster, CA. The defendant was driving while talking on the phone, and they failed to yield to oncoming traffic at a two-way stop intersection. The impact of the crash caused the plaintiff’s truck to rollover multiple times before landing on it’s side. The plaintiff’s injuries were severe, including ruptured discs and a traumatic brain injury. Prior to the start of the trial, defense counsel were found to have used unwarranted delay tactics to avoid handing over cell phone records and to have suppressed relevant evidence.

Rex has obtained dozens of seven-, eight- and nine-figure verdicts and settlements. He prepares every case for trial using the latest science in persuasion skills. Everything from metaphoric choices, word selection, and visuals are tested and retested before each trial.

Khail Parris graduated from Pepperdine Law School as a member of the dean’s list and joined his family in the practice of law. Khail works in the Parris law firm’s personal injury department, and handles catastrophic injuries and products liability cases.
