Paul Luvera has over fourteen jury verdicts in personal injury cases that exceed a million dollars. He has obtained record jury verdicts of $41 million in Washington, $44 million in Oregon, and a $29 million in Idaho. His settlements include multiple ones exceeding $1 million and include two for $75 million and $45 million dollars. He was selected to act as lead trial counsel for the State of Washington in a two-and-a-half-month jury trial against the tobacco industry which ended in a record settlement. He sued the gun industry for the thirteen families of the sniper victims shot on the east coast. Crystal Brame's family selected him as their attorney to sue the City of Tacoma and Pierce County for the murder-suicide committed by the Tacoma Chief of Police.
Gerry Spence has asked him to teach at his annual trial college in Wyoming since it began over a decade ago. He has been listed by Best Lawyers in America every year since 1978.
